Like a fine wine, the selection of quality wool is paramount in achieving the ultimate Quilt. We have chosen 100% Australian wool that has both bulk and bounce in its core to create an unparalled insulation and comfort. We have also disregarded any wool that's not from the fleece part of the sheep, this ensures that the fibres do no flatten and shift. In addition the spiral of the wool helps the fibres link together to create an even insulation.

Coupled with the unique wool selection process, this quilt has incorporated all the world's best processing and manufacturing techniques. After the selection of the wools it is carbonised to achieve a smell and dust free fibre. After this we then fluff up the fibre using the Airplay process, this creates a filling with thousands of tiny air pockets between the fibres. This allows extra resilience and warmth for many years to come. The last stage involves sewing of the cotton cover to the wool. It is stitched to prevent any movement of the filling, thus reducing "Cold Spot"
